We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, in the event of any disputes, we encourage you to contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues amicably.
8.1 Dispute Resolution Process
If you have any issues with our course or your purchase, please contact us directly at sales@dashingly.net. We will do our best to resolve your concerns within a reasonable time frame.
8.2 Chargebacks
In the event of a chargeback, we encourage you to first reach out to us to resolve any issues. If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider, we may be forced to suspend access to the course during the dispute process.
If the chargeback is resolved in favor of the customer, you will receive a refund via Stripe.com.
If the chargeback is resolved in favor of the business, you may not be eligible for a refund and access to the course may remain suspended.
We recommend that all customers review our refund policy and reach out to us directly before initiating a chargeback.
